Wedding Cake Tier Size? What depth should each tier be roughly? I have two deep pans one an 8 inch and one a 10 inch if I do one sponge and cut them in half fill with buttercream and jam will that be wide enough once covered in Fondant Icing? Or should I be doing two sponges and then sandwiching them together? Any ideas please ? Thanks
